The Sleep Lab's Anxiety Elimination Protocol Achieves 88% Success Rate in Latest Cohort

The Sleep Lab has published outcomes from its latest anxiety elimination cohort, documenting an 88% success rate across 120 high-achieving executives who entered the programme with clinically diagnosed anxiety markers.

Unlike traditional cognitive behavioural approaches that rely on months of talk therapy, The Sleep Lab's protocol employs direct physiological intervention. Specialized breathwork patterns and vocal chanting modalities are used to physically down-regulate an overactive sympathetic nervous system — bypassing the intellectual resistance that keeps high-performers trapped in anxious loops.

'High-achievers are exceptionally skilled at intellectualizing their problems — and that's precisely what keeps them stuck,' said the programme's lead facilitator. 'Somatic Disruption doesn't ask permission from the thinking mind. It works directly on the nervous system.'

Participants completed standardized anxiety assessments at intake, week 3, and week 12, with 88% showing complete resolution of markers by programme completion.
